AN AUSSIE worker has revealed how he is making more than £80,000 a year doing a job no one wants – and enjoying some lavish perks.
Niall Read shook the internet after he posted a video on TikTok to share the advantages that come along with his job.

In a video that has amassed almost 700,000 views, Niall said not only he makes great money out of what he does, but also gets a long list of perks to enjoy because of his job.
Niall, who is a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) worker, said he was able to earn some £80,000 a year straight out of an apprenticeship.
The Aussie said he was able to find his first job very quickly – and did not need any significant experience to land the role.
He said: “I was an entry-level sparky who just finished his training and I was on about £80,000 per year.
“And that was not with a lot of experience and I got the job pretty quickly.”
Niall said while the salary range varies depending on skill level and experience, it was still easy to make upwards of £100,000 as a FIFO worker.
And because of the unique perks provided in exchange for work, Niall said workers can typically save almost all the money they earn.
According to the TikTok creator, FIFO workers – on top of their salaries – are paid for every living expense while they are at their job sites.
Perks include free food, round-trip flight tickets, and free accommodation with a full-blown gym.
Niall says in the video: “When you are working away [as a FIFO worker] you are literally saving all your money.
“Food and flights are provided for.
“You just have to pay for rent when you are back home not working.”
Niall adds that because of his continuous shift patterns, while the work becomes a bit hectic, he can make so much more free time to do what he wants.
“You do a lot more hours in a short time – I used to work eight days straight, and then get six days off.”
However, Niall warned the lifestyle needed to become a FIFO worker is not for everyone – and people with disorganised habits should probably stay away.
He added: “The lifestyle is not ideal for everyone working away.
“And if you think you cannot look after yourself, it is probably not the place to be.”
Meanwhile, a savvy woman has revealed how she is able to travel every two weeks, thanks to a generous salary of £6,000 a month.
And a young worker shared how he makes £800 a day to splurge on travelling without having a degree.
Elsewhere, a different FIFO worker said he is able to make £2000 a month with his “unreal” job.
