A MAN reportedly wearing an explosive belt is threatening to blow himself up inside the Iranian embassy in Paris.
Armed police have rushed to the scene on the French capital’s 16th arrondissement and created a security perimeter.

A police source told Europe1 that the man is threatening to activate the belt.
France’s most elite anti-terrorism cops, the the BRI (the research and intervention brigade) are said to be at the scene.
Unconfirmed reports suggest the man threw the consulate’s flags on the ground and said he wanted to avenge the death of his brother.
Cops said that a suspicious man was seen by witnesses entering the consulate at 11am local time.
