Emergency services rushed to the scene but the mum-of-two had already passed away.

The suspects fled the scene immediately after the alleged shooting.

Cops cordoned off the road while the victim’s body was removed.

Castillo Sánchez had an altercation with the two goons before she was shot dead, cops have alleged.

A police spokesperson said: “The victim was on a public road, apparently about to take a bus, when two men arrived on a motorbike.

“She apparently argued with them and one of the suspects shot her before fleeing the scene.”

The motive for the alleged murder is currently unclear.

Authorities suspect it could have been a revenge attack as none of the victim’s belongings had been stolen.

Castillo Sánchez was a well-known Instagram model with nearly 15,000 followers.

She leaves behind two children, an eight-year-old daughter and a four-year-old son.

A family member said about the model: “She was an incredible mother, everything she did was to give her children a better future and not depend on anyone.

“She wanted to get ahead on her own and give the best to her kids.

“I believe that’s what she always did, she gave them the best of herself.”

The investigation into Castillo’s death is ongoing.
