The tragic incident happened on February 13 when the vehicle with Kamylla and two of her other friends began experiencing issues.

Goias Military Police said that the driver noticed something wrong with one of the front wheels.

They stopped to check the issue and climbed out of the vehicle on the motorway.

Upon inspection, they discovered that some of the bolts holding wheels in place were missing.

It is unclear if somebody had tried to steal the wheel and been disturbed after removing some of the bolts, or whether they had simply come loose and fallen off.

Kamylla started to fix the wheel but was hit by another vehicle while she was repairing the problem.

She died at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle who was reportedly speeding did not stop and drove away.

Kamylla’s friends could not provide details to police about the vehicle that hit the model.

They only said it was a vehicle that was travelling in the same direction as them.

Kamylla’s friend Laura Teixeira, said on social media: “We FINISHED organizing our processes for our long-awaited agency.

“Friend, did I say enough that I loved you? My God, what pain I’m feeling.”

And another friend said: ” Whenever I remember you, I will remember your joy and light.

“Now you will make the angels happy, rest in beautiful peace and may God comfort the whole family.”

The investigation into the death of the star is still ongoing.
