ANDREW Tate was caught speeding at 100mph in his £314k Aston Martin by cops – but escaped with a pathetic fine, The Sun can reveal.
The disgraced influencer, 37, who is currently facing charges of rape and human trafficking in Romania, can now add speeding to his expanding rap sheet.

Romanian prosecutors are said to be furious by his blatant disregard for the country’s laws.
Instead of the maximum limit of 130 km/h (80mph), Tate was caught over the weekend travelling speed of 161 km/h (100mph), a police source told The Sun.
The source said they were actively investigating the crime but that Tate will not risk house arrest over the road crime.
A spokesman for Tate revealed to The Sun that he was driving a Aston Martin DBS Superleggera 700 – the fastest car the brand produces.
The luxury supercar, which can accelerate from 0-60mph in 3.4 seconds and reaches top speeds of 211mph, is roughly priced around £314k but some models can cost up to £500k.
The source also confirmed the former kickboxer was travelling 20mph over the speed limit – but revealed that Tate escaped with a measly £172 fine.
Judicial sources also told The Sun that it is for the third time since 2019 that Tate has exceeded the speeds limits on Romanian roads.
An insider said: “Andrew Tate does not care at all about respecting Romanian laws and he does not realise the consequences of breaking the Romanian laws, no matter if it is about human trafficking or exceeding the speed limits on roads.”
In previous court appearances over speeding, they revealed that Tate contested the speed the police recorded each time.
They added: “It is the same pattern he uses in the trial regarding the accuses of human trafficking… [he is] an expert in denying reality”.
The policeman who pulled Tate over, Valer Kovacs, has spoken out about the incident online, stating he was shocked about how fast Tate was travelling.
According to the local cop, ahead of Tate was his brother Tristan, 35, travelling in the same car in a different colour.
Kovacs said he wanted to remind road users that no one was above the law – even “VIPS” like Tate.
“The law applies to all personalities,” he said.
By going 20mph over the speed limit in Romania – where Tate is currently banned from leaving – drivers could be fined up to eight points.

Aston Martin DBS Superleggera
The £314,000 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera is a 715bhp V12 machine that looks and sounds incredible.
It’s designed to be one of the sportiest Astons to drive, cracking the 0-62mph sprint in just 3.4 seconds and going on to 211 mph.
Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport
The Bugatti Chiron is one of the fastest and most expensive cars in the world. The Pur Sport version is even rarer and Tate had this copper paint applied to make it truly unique.
It costs a staggering £3.4m, will sprint from 0-62 mph in a mind-bending 2.3 seconds and can go 218 mph, but is entirely road legal.
McLaren 720S
The McLaren 720S has been around for a while now, but it still looks and feels like it was released yesterday.
You can still buy one, which will set you back some £215,000. It’s powered by a twin-turbo V8 that produces 710hp and allows a 211 mph top speed.
Mercedes-AMG 363 Coupe
At ‘just’ £130,000, the Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe is probably the cheapest car Tate owns.
It’s still a monster, mind, with a twin-turbo V8 engine pumping out more than 600hp that sounds superb.
Ferrari 812 Superfast
Another of the finest engines ever produced is the one in this Ferrari 812. Its V12 is pure indulgence, sounding other-worldly and producing 800hp.
With a name like Superfast it needs to be quick and quick it is – think 211 mph as a top speed and a sprint to 62mph time of around three seconds. It costs around £300,000.
It follows Andrew and Tristan’s arrest on March 11 as part of the UK’s ongoing “Operation Moonwalk” investigation which is looking into allegations of rape and human trafficking.
Dozens of cops descended on the brothers’ Romanian home to haul them to court after Bedfordshire Police obtained two European arrest warrants.
Once court proceedings in Romanian wrap up, the brothers are set to be extradited to Britain to face 10 allegations made by three victims in the UK.
Judicial sources claimed some of the victims were drugged and sexually assaulted between 2012 and 2015, Romanian outlet Gandul reported.
They “categorically reject” all new charges.
Both brothers could face life sentences, the insiders claimed.
Just weeks ago, the troubled pair lost their bid to get back £10million worth of assets, including 15 luxury cars seized by Romanian cops in January of last year.
Cars including three Porsche, two BMW, two Ferrari, one Aston Martin, one McLaren, one Lamborghini, and five Mercedes were also seized by Romania‘s organised crime-busting police unit DIICOT.
The self-proclaimed misogynists were arrested in December 2022 on charges of human trafficking, rape and organised crime that date back to 2012 and 2015.
They are still awaiting trial a year later – and deny all charges against them.

The ongoing investigation
Andrew and Tristan were charged by police in June as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation.
They have been accused of recruiting women on social media platforms and getting them to visit their villa on the outskirts of Bucharest.
Both men are alleged to have pretended to fall in love with the women before getting them to work for their business and making them perform sexual acts on webcams.
Last December, the brothers made another bid to return to the UK to visit their sick mum after she suffered a heart attack.
Andrew and Tristan tried to request an “emergency visit” to the UK – but were shot down.
Andrew has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, saying that he is a victim of something called The Matrix.
Controversial figure Tate has previously sparked outrage around the world over claims he’s made on social media.
And later that year, he also claimed women should bear “some responsibility” for being raped, following the allegations made against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.
He has been removed from X, formerly known as Twitter, on several occasions and in January last year, the social media site said an account he’d created on the platform was “verified in error”.
As of November, he is also banned from YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Tate runs his own online network called “The War Room” which has been described as an “exclusive online network for men”.
Andrew and Tate previously won an appeal to be released from house arrest in Romania in August last year.
The ruling meant Tate, his brother Tristan and suspects Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu could leave the house, but not the capital and the surrounding Ilfov county.
