Who is Kellyanne Conway?
Born on January 20, 1967, in Camden, New Jersey, Kellyanne Conway is a political consultant who worked for Donald Trump from 2017 to 2020.
As the first woman campaign manager of either major political party to win a presidential general election, she was credited with crafting much of the strategy that carried Trump to his shock election victory, though he was unsuccessful at securing a second term, losing to Joe Biden in 2020.
Before the White House, Conway was a political pollster and consultant specialising in targeting women voters.
She also appeared on various television shows and will now host a new weekly series titled “Here’s the Deal with Kellyanne Conway,” starting July 11, 2024, on Fox.
“The American people are smart; they are also worried about the state of our nation and paying close attention to the issues, individuals and ideas that will govern our future,” Conway said about her new show.
“We will go beyond the news headlines and polling toplines to have a deeper conversation and equip the viewers with the compelling illustrative anecdotes and thoughtful analysis that they crave.”
The title of the show stems from her 2022 New York Times bestseller, Here’s the Deal.

When Conway is not talking politics on-air or online, she can often be found spending time with her children.
She and her ex-husband, George Conway III, welcome three daughters, Claudia, Charlotte, and Vanessa, and one son, George IV.
Claudia is arguably Conway’s most well-known child, as she has made several headlines over the years, but Charlotte, Vanessa, and George IV tend to stay out of the spotlight.
In addition to speaking out on various political and social justice issues on social media, Claudia is also a singer, who previously competed on Season 19 of American Idol.
“The internet can be a very, very dark place,” Claudia said of her Idol journey, via People.
“But when life is all going down hill, I have my music. Now, I want to get out of the controversy, get out of the drama and let people know that I am a singer and this is what I want to do.”
Conway’s relationship with her most outspoken daughter has reportedly been rocky for years, but at the end of the day, the Fox Nation host has made it clear that her family comes first, which is why she quit her job as Trump’s adviser in 2020, stating that she wanted to have “less drama, more mama.”

Who is Kellyanne Conway’s ex-husband, George Conway III?
From 2001 to 2023, Conway was married to George Thomas Conway III.
He also has a career in politics but as a lawyer and activist.
Despite his wife’s association with Trump, who was convicted in May 2024 on 34 felony counts, he has been a vocal critic of the twice-impeached former president and even played a role in creating the Lincoln Project.
The Lincoln Project is a political action committee that “is dedicated to the preservation, protection, and defense of democracy,” with the mission to “protect the American Republic from Donald Trump and those who identify (publicly or privately) as MAGA supporters,” according to the committee’s website.
Conway III’s criticism of Trump publicly began in 2018, and it is not slowing down anytime soon, especially ahead of the 2024 election, which will see a rematch between Trump and Biden.
In May 2024, he went viral online for taking out a billboard in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, telling residents to “Vote for Joe, Not the Psycho.”
During an interview with MSNBC, he said he got the idea after speaking with Mad Dog PAC, an organization that has posted similar anti-Trump messages across the county.
“I’d been making some hats that say that [slogan], kind of like the MAGA hats, except blue and white,” Conway III told MSNBC, via The Hill.
“This was a perfect location. And I hope he [Trump] sees it. And I hope it amuses him as much as it amuses me.”
Not much is known about the details of Conway III’s divorce, but most were not shocked because of their history of opposing views.
Many were surprised, however, with how long they were able to last given these views, but marriage therapists have since stated that often times that doesn’t matter.
“Political differences like Kellyanne’s and George’s are not the best indicator of whether a marriage works or not,” psychotherapist and author Daphne De Marneffe told Time.
“If the emotional relationship is working, the politics do not become a deal breaker.”
In a 2023 statement, the former couple said that their divorce was “amicable” and that they “remain united as parents to provide love, joy, comfort and protection to our beautiful children.”
