The £1 billion Tiger Sky Tower claims it will break at least five world records when it’s completed – including the highest restaurant and infinity pool.

The Tiger Properties project is home to 18 luxurious penthouses at a whopping 1,398ft and a majestic royal penthouse at 1,400ft – the highest in the world.

One selling point is a bizarre rainforest that’s set to have tropical plants skimming the skyline at 1,467ft high – taller than the top of New York’s Empire State Building.

Thrillseekers could even hop on the 1,467ft high “roller glider”  in the building that skims through the treetops.

People can also relax in the world’s highest infinity pool that exists a jaw-dropping 1,414ft high up.

Other facilities on offer include a state-of-the-art gym, a spa, barbecue areas, a jogging track and a podium pool.

Apartments across the 122 floors start from just over £520,000 and apartments will have panoramic views of the city – including the Burj Khalifa.

Five potential record-breakers include the highest royal penthouse in the world, the highest indoor infinity pool, the highest rainforest in a residential building, the highest sky restaurant and the highest roller glider passing through the rainforest.

CEO of Tiger Group, Amer Waleed Al Zoubi, said: “We not only give people the chance to live in luxury, but give them the chance to enjoy some adventure too.

“How many people can boast they live in the clouds with their very own rainforest and a rollercoaster to zoom about in?

“The project is a powerful symbol of Tiger Group’s ability to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world.”

He continued: “Our vision extends beyond erecting a towering structure. It shows a commitment to harmonising with nature, preserving biodiversity and fostering sustainable growth.

“Tiger Sky Tower is not only a testament to human ingenuity but it’s also a symbol of our responsibility to protect and nurture our planet’s most precious ecosystems.”

Azizi Developments say construction of the £1.15 billion tower – twice as big as The Shard – has already begun, and is expected to be completed in 2028.

Sales for the lavish skyscraper, planned to be over the 131 storeys, will launch next February, but the probably eye-watering prices have yet to be announced.

The Burj Azizi will feature a unique all-suite seven-star hotel inspired by seven cultural themes.

It will also see luxury residences ranging from penthouses to apartments and holiday homes.
