THIS is the moment a teenage girl snatched a newborn baby from a hospital by stuffing him in a duffel bag while his parents peacefully slept.
Cuane Malaquias, 19, allegedly stole one-day-old Ravi Cunha from a hospital in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The newborn was taken from Amelia Buarque de Hollanda Municipal Maternity Hospital at around 2am while his mother Nívea Rabelo, 27, was sleeping after she had gone into labor.
In the horror kidnap, Malaquias reportedly grabbed Cunha from the hospital cot before putting him into an oversized bag and running back to her home five miles away in the favela of Morro do Borel.
Hospital officials said the teenager most likely entered the grounds of the facility by climbing through the balcony, before sneaking into the third-room floor.
Chilling footage showed Malaquias walking through the hospital with the baby in the bag before she vanished out of the front entrance without being spotted.
Cunha’s grandad, Davi, later revealed that his daughter-in-law had breastfed the child and his wife had changed his nappy before they took a nap.
“Twenty minutes later, when (his wife) woke up to look at Ravi, he was no longer in the basket,” he told Brazilian news outlet G1.
“Immediately, my wife tried to find out from the other roommates if someone had picked him up to calm him down, but no.
“My wife went into despair, went to the nursing station, and they detected the disappearance”.
Police received an anonymous tip from a neighbour and arrested Malaquias at her home on Wednesday morning.
Cops rushed the baby back to the hospital and reunited him with his desperate parents.
Four other newborn babies and their mothers were sleeping on the floor at the time of the incident, TV Globo reported.
G1 and Globo news reported Malaquias, a mother to a five-year-old girl, had been involved in an unstable relationship with a married man for five years.
The teenage mother also claimed to have been pregnant at the time.
She told police that the newborn boy belonged to her when she was put under arrest.
Ravi Cunha’s maternal grandmother confronted Malaquias outside the police station and told her: “Why did you do this to us? Why? May Jesus forgive you! He loves you! May He have mercy!”
It comes after a young mum revealed her daughter was stolen from her at just three days old and it took 17 years for cops to find her.
Another woman faced kidnapping charges last year after she impersonated a nurse and attempted to steal a newborn baby.
And in 2019, a woman who snatched a newborn baby girl from a maternity ward and sold her for £1,500 was thrown behind bars for seven years.
