Hamas today released a video of her and hostages Yossi Sharabi, 53, and Itai Svirsky, 38.
In edited-together clips, the trio identify themselves and ask the Israeli government to return them home.
Itay, from Tel Aviv, was kidnapped while visiting his family in Kibbutz Be’eri – his parents, Orit and Rafi Svirski, were murdered.
Yossi, from Be’eri, Southern Israel, was abducted from his home.
It is unclear when the clips were filmed but it is the first sign the trio could still be alive following 100 days of captivity inside Gaza.
Noa, 26, became a symbol of the October 7 attacks after her video went viral.
She screams for mercy as she stretches out her arms to boyfriend Avinatan Or, also kidnapped, in the harrowing clip.
The pair were among 40 festival goers taken hostage near kibbutz Re’im as they celebrated the Jewish holiday Sukkot.
Hamas and other Gaza militants captured some 250 people and slaughtered 1,200 others during its deadly attack on southern Israel.
More than 100 hostages were released during a temporary truce in November, but 132 remain held in Gaza including the remains of about two dozen who died or were killed.
Noa’s wheelchair-bound mum Liroa today spoke at a rally attended by thousands in Tel Aviv to commemorate 100 days since the massacres.
The mum, who has advanced cancer, said: “Noa has been held captive by Hamas for 100 days, and I don’t understand how it can be, how she is still there.
“I want to say thank you to the people of Israel, your help warms my heart.
“Thank you, I love you very much. I hope I will be able to see her before my last day.”
