RUSSIA is swelling its army invading Ukraine by recruiting more convicted murderers and rapists.
President Vladimir Putin is increasing his country’s regular troops by 170,000 to 1.32million.

But he is also pardoning criminals in return for their fighting.
One was exempted from jail for killing a 18-year-old waitress, Ekaterina Skvortsova, and throwing her head out of a window.
But he killed another woman after returning from Ukraine.
Ekaterina’s mother, Svetlana Skvortsova, 48, told how she went to identify the body at a morgue.
She said: “I went in, and saw this cart full of lumps of meat,” she said.
“My legs were like jelly. I did not understand anything.
“They could have put her on a table and covered the body parts with a sheet.
“It was completely inhumane to see her like this.”
Meanwhile, Russian security forces raided Moscow gay clubs after a court banned the LGBT movement as extremist.
