This year, TIME will publish its second annual ranking of the World’s Top HealthTech Companies, in partnership with Statista, a leading international provider of market and consumer data and rankings. The ranking aims to highlight health tech companies that drive innovation, enhance accessibility, and contribute to a more effective and sustainable health care system.
Because many companies in this space are young, TIME and Statista are accepting applications as part of the research phase. An application guarantees consideration for the list, but does not guarantee a spot on the list, nor is the final list limited to applicants.
HealthTech companies leverage technology to improve healthcare delivery, patient outcomes, and overall efficiency in the medical field. Relevant companies for this ranking include those developing digital health solutions, telemedicine platforms, AI-driven diagnostics, medical devices, and health data analytics. Companies focusing on preventive care, personalized medicine, and smart healthcare infrastructure are also considered. The ranking aims to highlight healthtech companies that drive innovation, enhance accessibility, and contribute to a more effective and sustainable healthcare system.
The application period will be open until June 14, 2026, and the final list will be published in Sept. 2026 on TIME.com.
